This was INCREDIBLE! Some of the art was sort of messing with my understanding of the environment, but apart from that this was astonishingly beautiful and really unique.
Great game and a marvelous achievement to develop something like this in such a small time frame.
[SPOILERS]
Only negative I have with it is that is not clear if you beat the game or not. I've done everything up until inserting the card and disabling the loop but is this the ending with me dying or do I have to also escape somehow? I couldn't find a way to progress further and the game does not make it clear if there is anything else left to do.
yeah you finished the game, we don't have any alternative endings in this version but it is planned for a full release.
Awesome art and *amazing* animation on the time loop effect.
But unfortunately found it rather frustrating otherwise. It's really not made clear which areas you need to get to at certain times, so I spent over 20 minutes just running around trying to find out if I missed rooms.
(Spoilers!)
The Steam room especially, the terminal gave me the idea that I'd need an access card or something to enter properly. Also took me even longer to recognize one of the areas would be accessible if I went there early enough. Since almost every other path is broken from the start.
Did really like the reveal on how to enter the codes though. I'd be very interested in a full Steam release, with a bit more clarity on some puzzles.
Incredible project! hard to imagine this was made in such a short time.
If anyone else is stuck and the other comments didn't help, ill say something that had me stuck for a while without spoiling anything: The first room down from the main area has a bridge extending down further! (i thought they were the support beams for the platform lol)
Thanks you SO MUCH! I thought the exact same...
I love the art, music, puzzles, ambience, everything! It reminds me a lot of Outer Wilds, with the time loop (especially with things happening in the world at specific times), knowledge-based progression, and small puzzles. Easily 5/5 stars.
Edit: I forgot to ask, are there multiple endings?
no other endings yet !!
WHERE THE HELL IS INSTRUCTION CARD
i understand to activate codes and teleportation BUT I CANT GO ANY FURTHER
I wish there was a Linux build :/
Was able to run it through wine.
Hi! loved the game!
before I try countless time.. is there is different ending possible? or secret/easter egg code room?
Not in this version!
This was really good! It took me a while to recognize other codes existed and that a certain location existed due to a broken bridge but once I figured it out, it was rewarding to finish the game!
Figured out the central mechanism, got four codes, and couldn't find anywhere else to progress. Even getting places as early as possible with it (w/ or w/o fluid). I assume I'm missing the "instructions card" but I've scoured every screen I can access thrice. Great atmosphere
Me too, what is worse is that there are no gameplays/walkthroughs of this game.
Try downwards
Tried downwards from every screen (at a bunch of points), w/ or w/o fluid. Nothing new, just lots of falling lol
Hi, the only end game I found was, teleport to get the instruction card (I assume from your message you didn't find it: take the stairs downward and cross the bridge, after the brigde go through one of the 3 doors, there you find a code to teleport, and the instruction card.)
So :
Step 1: teleport to the instruction card
Step 2: come back to the main ''hub'' before the bridge is destroyed
Step 3: teleport to the computer requiring the instruction card, then wait for the end of the timer or suicide by falling.
Looks like a cool game but I couldn't do much. I reached the terminals at the end of all the three initial paths(cache, memory, processing) but I don't know what to do from there.
so is this game going to be released on STEAM soon
yes!
Im not smart enough to play puzzle games. But i really liked the artwork and the sound design for sure. Good Work!
I really enjoyed listening and playing this game. I think this game should have ranked higher for visuals.
This game blew my mind. How you made this in a 96 hour jam is beyond me. Very well deserved placement!
What an amazing game! The artwork, sound design, and puzzles were all so beautifully made. In terms of gameplay, it reminded me of Tunic quite a bit, and I love that game so great job!!!
Hope to see a full release in the future!!
Holy heeeeell this is so good, thank you
This is really cool!
Why no linux build :(((
none of us use linux :/ will be a consideration for future versions !!
we'll make sure that the game is playable on linux / steamdeck and macos when we launch the finished version on steam!
Thanks for the replies! Is there a Steam wishlist link? If not I'll keep an eye out :)
There will be one soon !!
